About Me

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST) who works with adult individuals, couples, and non-monogamous partners. I hold a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. I am an eclectic therapist, using psychodynamic, existential-humanistic, solution-focused therapies, as well as CBT, mindfulness, and attachment theory. My approach is open, collaborative, honest, compassionate, and holistic -- we'll work together to make things better. As a sex therapist, I consider myself to be sex positive, focusing on helping you find and wholly embrace your true sexual self while maintaining balance with your life and relationships.

In my private practice, I work with a wide spectrum of issues as a general psychotherapist and a sex therapist. In addition to my private practice in Brentwood, I also work at the Antioch University Counseling Center (AUCC) in Culver City, supervising psychotherapy trainees and associates towards their licensure. I have lectured on sex therapy at The Center for Healthy Sex, the AUCC, the Wright Institute, Family Services of Santa Monica, Pepperdine University, and Long Beach-South Bay CAMFT. Additionally, I co-created and co-taught the Sex Therapy Intensive Training class at the Center for Healthy Sex, where I was a clinician for over seven years.
