Low Libido / Low Desire

Sometimes you find yourself feeling less desire for or attraction towards your partner or others than you'd like to have. Many people find their libidos going up and down, and that can be a normal part of your body's rhythm. But if you feel like it isn't normal for you, or it's getting in the way of your happiness, you may want to talk about it with someone.

If you're in a relationship, maybe one of you has a more active libido than the other, and that bothers you. Perhaps you're feeling disinterested with or even avoidant about sex and intimacy. Maybe you've been in a "sexless" relationship or marriage for many months or years, and want something to change - you'd like to have a hotter, more aroused sex life. It can be difficult to be in a dissatisfying sexual relationship, but it doesn't have to be like that forever, if both of you are interested in some kind of change. You can come into sex therapy either individually or together, and we can figure out how to create more desire and sexual excitement in your relationship and in your life.
