Everybody has a relationship with sex, whether you have it or not, like it or not.
A major goal of sex therapy is to help you have a healthy relationship with your sexuality. This is not just about how you have sex, but it also includes your feelings and emotions, your body, your mind, and your spirituality. To help you to a fulfilling level of sexual health, we'll unpack your beliefs systems, your history, your goals, and your authentic self.
Sometimes this means talking about things that are uncomfortable for you to discuss out loud with another person, or very difficult to even acknowledge to yourself. Many of us have a lot of negativity, sometimes even trauma, getting in the way of our sexual health. If you are willing to examine these things with me, I will gladly help you move towards a more conscious, truthful, grounded, and positive sexual experience.
